Experience:
I have been involved in every area of the real estate industry for over forty years. I have a wealth of experience in mortgages, sales, construction, property management, and consulting. As a real estate
broker I have had experience with HUD, VA, and Conventional loan processing.
My first project with HUD was the purchase of a package deal of 13 foreclosed houses to renovate. I have also renovated apartment complexes and managed them.
I worked with Whitney National Bank Community Development Corporation, and Jefferson Parish Louisiana to assist and counsel first time homebuyers in the process of purchasing a home. This entailed educating and qualifying them in the home buying process in order to receive government grant assistance.
I handle and partnered with several NFL players of the New Orleans Saints in Wingate Hotels. Built several subdivisions in the Jefferson and Orleans Parish area.
